To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這次專誠來到上環是一間以車仔麵文明的麵店，就是麵尊。以位置算也比較方便，在上環步行5分鐘就到了，門面正正常常。最低消費$38起計基本上三餸加一面就可以符合最低消費了。這次我們叫了兩碗都是米粉加上腩汁以及麻辣，餸方面有大腸，蘿蔔，魷魚，牛柏葉，貢丸。湯底其實有些少似銅鑼灣的一間出名車仔麵，都是以腩汁為主的香，再加上麻辣以及特制的辣汁令車仔麵更上一層樓。由入座落單起， 5分鐘便可完成而且出場，雖然服務態度不算好，但仍可理解及體諒。強烈推薦他們的蘿蔔是食過的車仔麵中最出色的蘿蔔。
