香港特色Bakery同pastry店開到成行成市,競爭好大。其中一間我最鍾意去嘅舖頭就係【Hashtag B】。比起其他新興起嘅網紅舖頭、個人覺得佢哋係最有香港特色㗎。拿破崙焦糖千層蛋撻:每間分店每日有限定時間出爐,賣晒就冇。尖沙咀分店嘅出爐時間係早上10:30。拿破崙千層皮非常鬆脆,又唔會成口油。蛋漿有啲似葡撻嘅蛋漿,但係唔會太甜。底下有一層薄薄嘅微苦微甜焦糖,係大人嘅口味。牛角包:非常鬆脆,牛油味十足。就咁食或者夾嘢都非常適合。檸檬茶菠蘿包:上層菠蘿皮又甜又鬆化,下層麵包見到啲茶葉碎、真材實料。夾埋又唔會好甜。奶茶墨西哥包:墨西哥皮奶油味香濃,下層麵包又係好香嘅茶味,而且都係見到茶葉碎。非常特別。
