四季酒店入面每一間餐廳都好出名,雖然價錢不菲,不過去過既人都會覺得物有所值。最近見酒店有間新餐廳 - NOI,食Fine dining,主打時令食材配搭。忌廉海膽意粉,海膽忌廉輕輕打成泡沫 食落好輕盈 減少左忌廉厚重嘅感覺。面頭嘅海膽份量好多好鮮甜,而且好新鮮。配上食用花唔單止美觀 食落仲有陣香味,所有食材配埋一齊恰到好處。黑松露和牛,和牛油脂豐富 但食落唔會好油膩。配上黑松露嘅香味 同我以往食過嘅松露味唔一樣,呢款好香好香 唔係平時啲人講嘅gas味,雖然份量好多,但係聞起都唔會好攻鼻,可能唔鍾意食黑松露嘅朋友都會接受到。餐廳有好多款酒類/non-alcoholic配搭當天tasting menu,我地選擇左Champagne,Staff推介Ernest Remy法國香檳,配上環境和食物,廚師同staff好專業,整個過程都令人好享受。

黑松露和牛,和牛油脂豐富 但食落唔會好油膩。配上黑松露嘅香味 同我以往食過嘅松露味唔一樣,呢款好香好香 唔係平時啲人講嘅gas味,雖然份量好多,但係聞起都唔會好攻鼻,可能唔鍾意食黑松露嘅朋友都會接受到。
