最近去咗位於灣仔AKI酒店25樓的Uncle Ming's Whisky Bar，真係勁有驚喜！呢間酒吧有超過180度嘅落地大玻璃，可以俯瞰香港璀璨景色，幾乎冇任何建築遮擋，都係勁有氣氛！整體環境唔會太嘈，好適合同朋友喺度聚會傾偈飲酒！

呢到有上百款來自世界各地的威士忌，如果鍾意飲Whisky嘅話，可以試吓呢度嘅「Whisky Flights」，一次過品嚐曬來自蘇格蘭、日本、台灣、法國、印度同美國等地方的威士忌，包括有：
- 日本山櫻Pure Malt
- 新西蘭Pokeno Discovery Single Malt
- 印度Amrut Single Malt
- 台灣Kavalan Classic Single Malt
