留意返,呢篇係我寫得最有心機食評⋯⋯🤩因為真係好好食!😍😍😍平時去食日本野,第一時間就係諗啲連鎖壽司店。我自問都幾鍾意日本野,但去完呢間鋪頭,發現自己以前都係太狹窄膚淺了🙈😝☺️我地叫左最吸睛嘅「浜燒蟹甲羅」(其實都係因為睇左個menu覺得呢個好吸引先行入去),「活貝盛合」(即燒海鮮拼盤)~ 「海膽蟹肉反卷」,同「樂·五點刺身」⋯⋯飽到呢⋯⋯⋯ 紀念日係咁㗎啦🥰原來係有專人幫我地燒㗎!!(如果唔係見到有人幫我地燒,要我地兩個自己燒真係懶到唔想叫~🙈)平時仲有歌舞表演添!!真係好似去左日本!特別點評:1️⃣「浜燒蟹甲羅」:除左蟹膏之外,呢間舖頭仲加左蟹肉,蟹籽,鵪鶉蛋,蔥花,自己嘅調味料!完全令個蟹蓋更有層次感!一路燒,仲聽到個蟹蓋加熱裂開嘅聲,蟹膏由開始偏薄身,慢慢變「傑」,厚身,淨望都知道十分濃郁!食落口味道一流!好味度:🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟2️⃣「活貝盛合」:豐富嘅燒海鮮拼盤,有鮑魚,蜆(好大隻!),蠔,扇貝,原條魷魚!鍾意食海鮮嘅岩哂!原來燒海鮮係咁講究,一時用清酒,一時用昆布汁,務求要夾返海鮮嘅味又不掩蓋原本海鮮嘅鮮味!(好在有Peter哥幫我地)鮑魚收水個程度啱啱好,鮑魚咬落煙韌有口感;蜆用清酒

除左蟹膏之外,呢間舖頭仲加左蟹肉,蟹籽,鵪鶉蛋,蔥花,自己嘅調味料!完全令個蟹蓋更有層次感!一路燒,仲聽到個蟹蓋加熱裂開嘅聲,蟹膏由開始偏薄身,慢慢變「傑」,厚身,淨望都知道十分濃郁!食落口味道一流!

2️⃣「活貝盛合」:
豐富嘅燒海鮮拼盤,有鮑魚,蜆(好大隻!),蠔,扇貝,原條魷魚!鍾意食海鮮嘅岩哂!原來燒海鮮係咁講究,一時用清酒,一時用昆布汁,務求要夾返海鮮嘅味又不掩蓋原本海鮮嘅鮮味!(好在有Peter哥幫我地)鮑魚收水個程度啱啱好,鮑魚咬落煙韌有口感;蜆用清酒煮,一熟即刻拎起,仲啱啱好保留返蜆本身嘅海水咸香,汁同鮮味;扇貝用昆布汁,又幾夾!最後條原隻魷魚真係賣相十分滿意,燒到個汁入哂味又上到色!
好味度:🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟


3️⃣海膽蟹肉反卷
我真係好鍾意食海膽⋯⋯ 呢舊反卷嘅海膽十分有誠意,啖啖肉,仲齒夾留香⋯⋯ (好食過我喺日本黑門市場食到嘅)
好味度:🌟🌟🌟🌟

最後一提,如果第日大家都有機會去食,記得叫Peter哥,佢係店入邊我覺得燒得幾好手勢嘅師傅,又細心解釋俾你聽每一項食材嘅最好食法。好開心呀,紀念日有完美嘅一餐!🥰🥰🥰
