To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

很久沒去吃三哥譚仔了，今天陪家人去食，發現有新出品，推介香·麻·辛·辣口味，叫三哥酸辣。抱住一試的心態，一次過有4種口味。配菜點了豬肉，加魚腐，只是加5元，就有3只，抵食，口感也不錯。果然沒有令人失望，當米線放在枱上，已經感受好香濃了。吃時真的有4種味覺，配湯做得好成功，系我食三哥譚仔，最滿意湯底留意，我點了10小辣，都已經好辣，本人都吃得辣的。侍應姐姐說點不辣，也可以，因本身湯底有d辣。所以點了杯凍檸檬茶飲，系絕配，非常解渴。
