忙咗咁多日終於到weekend喇,朋友喺中環番工,建議不如近近哋到中環chill chill,放咗工終於可以放鬆吓🤤佢話士丹頓街戈頭開咗間fusion菜,fusion菜又系吾知幾耐冇食。本身去到餐廳環境點都會expect係就咁食西餐,點會諗到係同馬來西亞菜crossover🤓菜式選擇吾少,比較出名嘅應該係喇沙,另外仲有海鮮、肉類、小食等等,西餐同馬來西亞菜fusion好有特色。第一道菜式就梗係試招牌喇沙湯麵,揀咗脆炸梅子一口雞,真係炸得好食,唔會好油膩,肉質嫩滑,新鮮熱辣辣😋係冇諗到炸雞會配喇沙湯麵😂喇沙椰香味濃郁🥥唔會太辣,適合我哋唔食得辣。仲有諗吾到系摻摻,即係油麵加米粉,同時試到兩種粉類。炸豬扒就食得多,米蘭炸豬扒真系第一次食😳豬扒偏向薄身,仍不失口感,加埋系新鮮豬肉,香脆可口。椰菜沙律清甜解膩,配以豬扒確實不錯。素來中意食海鮮,揀咗玫瑰酒煮卜卜大蜆🌹蜆肉好新鮮,職員話一定要試吓個汁,因為索曬蜆肉精華,再加埋玫瑰酒好清甜👍🏼👍🏼每一口都食到淡淡酒香。P.s. 服務員態度十分友善💁🏻會簡單介紹菜式 亦樂於同客人交談☺️
