友人上次加國返港探親,話要去奶奶屋企學做馬蹄糕嘅竅門,因為次次整都唔夠奶奶做的好食。心想原來做馬蹄糕有難度,我又從未食過,其他餅店唔係間間有得賣,於是在美心買咗一底試吓。糕底係清香,但唔夠爽滑,亦唔彈牙,而且實在太太甜....!用apps打電話問友人,佢話竅門係:1)買廣州泮塘出的馬蹄粉;2)最後嘅糖水要攤凍咗先好撞落去粉槳,先會Q彈。家人個個都唾棄佢,嗰底糕過$100㗎!最後累我一個人食哂成底!下年一定要試整,同美心比較下!
