豬年年初二又與家人來到北角新斗記吃開年飯。因新春時間食店比較擠迫所以我們早前已預訂好了枱。凖六時扺達,店內已坐滿了食客。今夜選吃的是精選優惠套餐。餸菜內特別要提到的當然是新斗記出名的即燒的乳豬全體,是晚又新鮮出爐,皮脆肉滑,一點也不肥膩,令你食過不停!沾甜醬或糖來吃都同樣好味,任君選擇。鮑參翅肚𡙡的材料全部都是切絲的,配了一個較清的湯羮,吃起來既爽口又清淡,絕對不會有生粉獻餬口的感覺。薑蔥焗中蝦煲的粉絲比較乾而中蝦有大有小,亦欠新鮮。啫啫唐生菜煲和大澳蝦醬骨同樣是用了惹味的蝦醬。前者是煲仔上,要快手用筷子兜炒,不然的話,生菜就會被燒焦啦!後者的蝦醬味頗淡但排骨肉一點也不硬。碧綠炒龍躉球的魚肉是彈牙的,配了西蘭花來吃,非常爽口。陳皮蒜蓉蒸頭腩更惹味。是日秘制貴妃雞售罄,於是由豉油雞取代。雞肉既入味亦滑,沾上豉油汁更惹味。最後吃埋美味的炒麵、炒飯和紅豆沙,捧腹回家。
