這間越南餐廳的裝修及擺設都很有越南風,座位闊落舒服。餐牌選擇雖然比較少,但菜式就比其他越南餐廳特別。平常的生牛肉河,就用了騸牯牛牛頸脊的位置,肉質鬆化及牛味濃,口感富嚼勁,質感嫩滑。侍應會係客人面前倒入熱湯,將牛肉立即淋熟。湯底清甜不油膩。餐廳的粗身手工河都很推介,很滑身的,配上芽菜及香菜,好味。另外餐廳很特別地有供應新鮮豬雜,每碗都有四款廚師發辦的豬雜。今日有豬頸肉,豬耳,粉腸及豬肚,沒有內臟的膻臭味道,而白胡椒的湯底則很鮮甜。而檬粉就跟平時食的長壽麵很相似,幾特別。小食都有幾款選擇的。酸辣青芒拌鳳爪,無骨鳳爪更易食。酸酸辣辣惹味開胃。點了杯顏色好靚的浪濤特飲,由椰奶,菠蘿,雪碧及藍柑糖漿調製而成,好清爽的。
