To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

高價低質：一次令人失望嘅用餐體驗

我只係去過嗰間餐廳一次，但係嗰次用餐體驗真係令我非常失望。當日我對某啲菜式有啲疑問，就問個女服務員，但佢嘅回應非常粗魯，完全冇禮貌。佢講嘢嘅語氣唔單只係冷漠，仲帶住一股急躁同唔耐煩，好似完全唔想聽你講咁。另外又見到有客人向佢要求攞餐牌，佢竟然用一種憤怒嘅口吻回應，真係好唔應該。除此之外，餐廳嘅食物分量又實在太細，味道亦都只係平平無奇，完全對唔起佢哋收取嘅高價。經歷咁一次糟糕嘅服務，再加埋餐點質素唔過關，令我決定以後絕對唔會再踏入呢度，而且都會提醒身邊嘅朋友小心。
