To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

真心食得好急。正常用餐時間都唔容許。30分鐘內請離座。最差係用餐體驗,店員由落單到食緊野,都好高壓𥄫住、催住想你快啲交枱。成間店係用店員眼神、言語、收枱極快,去營造一個高壓嘅環境。當日午市,約12:30二人用餐無需等位,直入,要搭枱係可以理解例如1. 坐低店員企住喺你隔離問你食咩,其實餐牌都未打開 ,我地係直入餐廳無需排隊,根本無事先睇到餐牌2. 我話睇睇先,個店員照企喺隔離唔會行開3. 一路食,睇住坐對面兩位食客,不斷俾店員逐樣收枱,飲湯見你放低碗、匙羹,見差不多飲到底就即刻伸手收碗,睇住位食客無奈用手護碗話未飲完4. 食完牙籤了下牙,店員已大聲對店外等入座客叫「兩個就有,好快!執完枱比你!」有心無心都好,其實聽到啲說話真係好大壓力,明係逼你即走,出哂口術比壓力你呢間舖食野,你只可以一口氣,唔好停,入座即點餐,飯餸嚟到就喺咁食,停一停都會比人收碟野食係ok,店員我相信都係聽order做野,縱使表面好似有基本禮貌,但成個用餐氣氛好差,食得太辛苦,傾句計都好似有罪。講真,又無人賴死唔走,使唔使咁chur?

1. 坐低店員企住喺你隔離問你食咩,其實餐牌都未打開 ,我地係直入餐廳無需排隊,根本無事先睇到餐牌
2. 我話睇睇先,個店員照企喺隔離唔會行開
3. 一路食,睇住坐對面兩位食客,不斷俾店員逐樣收枱,飲湯見你放低碗、匙羹,見差不多飲到底就即刻伸手收碗,睇住位食客無奈用手護碗話未飲完
