今晚放工後係尖沙咀行街,夜晚去左K11 Musea試試平時門口人山人海排隊的「Glasshouse Greenery」晚餐。由於我們今晚早點去避開了放工時間,所以不用等位。厚燒豬腩肉串及薯格配泡菜醬:這菜式賣相巳很吸引,豬腩肉脆卜卜效果,配埋大蔥及蕃茄仔一起吃,清甜酸香,好好食,還可以中和豬腩片的油膩感,沾少少泡菜醬吃口感更佳。炸雞粒及單骨雞翼配芝士醬:雞粒啖啖肉之餘,再加上芝士醬,絕對是「芝士控」的口感享受。而單骨雞翼的做法比一般雞翼更入味,更香脆。兩款炸物絕對是可說是美味的邪惡化身,必試之選。燒龍蝦及和牛橫隔肌:燒龍蝦有濃烈的烤香味,口感鮮美而彈牙。而七成的和牛橫隔肌肉比較緊實,味道比較強烈,令人食過番尋味。
