今日公司請食飯,去咗銅鑼灣三希樓食川菜。之前聽過呢間餐廳,都係話食打邊爐,原來呢度嘅川菜都好出名。第一樣嚟嘅係麻辣口水豬手,豬手好入味,亦都去左骨,佢嘅辣味都幾強勁,越食越辣,不過好好味,但有啲唔係好食到辣嘅同事就覺得好太辣。之後就嚟咗個蜂蜜番茄,呢個蜂蜜番茄真係好好好好好好食,一定要叫,只係$38。食完啱啱嗰個口水豬手,個口勁辣嘅時候食番一片凍冰冰,好清新有蜂蜜味嘅蕃茄,為個口腔降溫。佢真係好好食,完全唔似食緊蕃茄,本身個番茄已經好甜,再加上上面加咗蜂蜜成件事好似食緊甜品一樣。我絕對一個人可以食晒成碟。之後仲有一個前菜要沙拉鮮筍,本身唔係好食筍嘅我食左一舊,完全唔個係筍嚟嘅,仲以為係蘋果沙律,係同事講我先知,口感好清新爽脆,幾開胃。之後重點就嚟啦,水煮魚。一睇到啲辣椒同事都覺得好驚好驚好辣,但係其實食落冇麻辣口水豬手咁辣。你入面好多魚塊,雖然我唔知用左咩魚,但係魚肉好滑,唔腥,仲有好多火鍋粉,好正宗。之後再嚟多個干鍋豬大腸,其實我本身唔識豬腸嘅,但係個個同事都食得好滋味話好好食我就試咗一舊,真係冇得彈,令我一試愛上。佢係好香脆,外面炸到卜卜脆,入邊亦都冇腥味,口感好似食緊薯片咁,再加

黎完一大堆充滿辣椒嘅菜式之後,就上咗個酸菜豆腐中和一下,豆腐好滑,配上酸菜,好清新好refreshing。

招牌咕嚕肉同埋三希吊燒雞都係呢度嘅好出名嘅菜式。咕嚕肉同平時食嘅咕嚕肉好唔一樣呢度用咗其他有用咗提子乾酸梅等等嘅材料帶出咕嚕肉嘅甜酸味。吊燒雞翼都係皮薄多汁,外脆內軟,冇得頂。

又來一個甜品就係山水撞到豆腐花,真係成筒豆腐花上台,即刻片俾你。最鍾意係佢有一個桂花糖漿超級好食。桂花糖醬味道好清新,帶點桂花香味,冇黃糖或者就普通糖水咁甜。豆腐花亦都好香好滑,必食。
