To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一家人去喜滿樓菜館食下懷舊菜風味。因為只訂左個爵士燉湯，所以唯有現場點餐牌上嘅小菜。好彩餐牌仲有好多選擇。芝麻雞、蝦多士、錦滷雲吞好彩叫到。樓面姐姐推介芝麻雞，佢話好正，叫半隻一試，有驚喜，真係幾好食。其他餸如小炒王丶蝦多士、咕嚕肉同梅菜炒菜心都唔錯。特別一讚係個蝦多士，啖啖鮮蝦肉，厚過塊多士，真材實料。樓面阿姐拎左個訂菜餐單同送上卡片一張，叫我地下次去一定訂餸，真係好多野都想食，下個再來試其他懷舊菜式，尤其係個焗魚腸同梅子鴨。
