朋友生日,特意book左呢間新開嘅廚師發辦慶祝,訂位時窩心幫忙安排了壽星額外甜品+生日字句!此餐一共22道菜,每道菜都能體驗到廚師的用心,廚師發辦由師傅安排時令食材,有幸今天的海膽是剛從日本拍賣回來的,剛開封就整俾我同朋友食,超鮮甜濃郁🥳第4道 - 香箱蟹配蟹醋啫喱非常適合懶洋洋的我們,平時唔鍾意食有殼類海鮮因為驚拆殼,師傅拆好的蟹膏 蟹肉 蟹籽層層疊放,加上啫喱會隨著溫度漸漸溶化,整體味道口感都非常合襯第N道 - 金鯛立鱗燒配海膽汁本人非常喜歡立鱗燒~這個立鱗燒剛剛好,不會over太``焦``,推薦~~第N道 - 秋刀魚卷物師傅話最近是秋刀魚季節,好少食到秋刀魚因為秋刀魚極容易腐爛,難以儲存,所以平時大多食到的都係鹽漬/燒,而呢道秋刀卷一啲都唔會腥呢第N道 - 八爪魚呢款煮八爪魚煮得剛剛好,唔會過淋或者難趙,仍有一些八爪魚的彈牙口感,配汁有些甜香,非常夾!第N道 - 煮了6小時的鮑魚相片係未切&未加湯上碟的,實物比相片更加大隻🙈整體很滿意,職員很細心,時不時關心我們需要,也非常主動加熱茶(似乎杯茶無凍過)🤣我和朋友都還會再光臨~
