To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天同朋友去中環DIY workshop 前，在這裡吃了很好吃的Tea Set! 雖然，我們有Longchamp 贊助🥰不過，就算沒有贊助，價錢也很合理。水準高，不論甜點和鹹點賣相都很好，也很好吃！只有Rice Pudding with Caramel Sauce 比較甜，朋友只吃了一半。😅環境非常優美，很有法國情調。☺️令人很懷念去法國旅行的日子。🥲服務也很不錯呢。😊
