To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次幫襯，餐廳非常潔淨衛生，檯面坐椅地板都好乾淨，沒有一般茶餐廳的油膩感覺，入座時阿姐拿酒精搓手液讓我們擦手，枱面已經很乾淨，但阿姐還是在我們面前用酒精再擦一遍，阿姐服務態度很好。點了奶茶和西多，奶茶一流，茶葉靚沒有苦澀味，腐乳西多外脆內軟，有獨特的咸香味，但我還是比較喜歡傳統的甜味，下次要試花生醬西多。外賣了芒果布丁回家吃，真材實料，真的很好吃。很開心發現了這一家很用心經營的茶餐廳，雖然沒有套餐，所以價錢比一般茶餐廳略貴，但一分錢一分貨，食物質量對得起這個價錢，以後還會再幫襯。
