To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話說前排有個朋友話想入泥元朗食好西,但最終被放飛機,於是整日流流長,咁唯有自己食好西。呢一間永年,其實都迄立咗係元朗好耐,其間停業過一段時間,但再面世時已經改頭換面。唔好以為係話佢不及從前,反而應該咁講,Rebrand咗之後係進步咗,改變咗過去車仔麵予人好乸渣嘅感覺,變得不一樣,乾淨又企理嘅車仔麵「餐廳」。▲ 根據以往慣例,門口聚集一條長長嘅人龍都不算甚麼新鮮事,幸好今日剛去到時,人龍都仲未算好長,只係等咗差不多十幾分鐘。我認為有毅力嘅人先會食到好西,所以不抱怨咁多,事關比錢落單後仲要搵位置坐。▲ 距離上次食永年都事隔兩年,叫餐係門口位置,入內就等餐。久久無食呢間都忍唔住叫多個餸,試多一款嘛。所以最後我揀咗四款餸:魚蛋、豬紅、豬腸、芝士腸,配油麵要微辣。等餐期間要馬上搵位,果然係一間食客源源不絕嘅食店,店內位置幾乎係滿座咁濟,一個人去食車仔麵原來都頗為不便。▲ 大概等咗十分鐘左右,期待已久嘅車仔麵到,果然不負所望,賣相吸引試正。非常大碗之餘仲送多條菜、而餸嘅份量都幾均真,個人覺得份量已經係多於其他車仔麵店鋪。▲ 湯底十分夠味,濃濃嘅滷水汁,夠咸又會帶少許甜,油麵入味超夾,而且微辣又勾起

▲ 湯底十分夠味,濃濃嘅滷水汁,夠咸又會帶少許甜,油麵入味超夾,而且微辣又勾起咗不停吸食嘅慾望,辣得過癮!再講其他餸,除咗剛才所講大件得泥量多,味道都不俗。

▲ 豬紅真入味、而豬腸乾淨無怪味;而魚蛋感覺唔係普通陳皮魚蛋,入口初時有陣咸香味,魚蛋新味覺;芝士腸嘅需求只係滿足我嘅任性;連條菜都要盛讚,菜嫩再夾埋滷水汁非常開胃,連平時唔食菜嘅我都將佢一一吞併。

總結太耐無食,但個人覺得係眾多車仔麵選擇中,不論湯底、辣度或係餸菜,都算係幾高水準。以上種種泥講,價錢亦算十分合理。係值得山長水遠入泥食嘅車仔麵。
