I had been to the CWB branch but this one had an even better environment because it was so high up in the sky (18/F) with a superb view of the Victoria Harbour and the island side. Interior decoration was similar but I would say the view was really better than many top-notch hotels in HK. There was an open balcony overlooking the IFC on the island side and I could imagine that photos taken here for a wedding ceremony would be marvellous! It seemed to be a really nice venue for wedding banquet an
We ordered a few dim sum and snacks to share. Tea charge was $14+10% per head. I just drank plain water while my lunch partner ordered
I liked it much better than the normal peanuts because it was so much healthier. There were some white fungi in addition to the black ones, which actually tasted similar to the normal black ones. They were slightly spicy and crispy, and were quite appetitsing indeed.

黑松露鮮蝦餃 seemed to be a must-order dim sum! They were served really hot and there were 4 pieces as well as 1 mini one! The wrapping was soft and not too thick and the ingredients were fresh with meaty prawn and reasonably rich flavour of black truffle. Good and healthy dish!

鮮蝦腐皮卷 was so big with 6 big pieces served nicely on a long plate. They 腐皮 was very thin and crispy! [although quite oily] The prawns inside were also quite meaty and fresh. They went great with the black vinegar served on the side.

Tuen Ng Festival was coming soon so we had to try A small jar of soy sauce and some white sugar were served separately although we loved to eat without these! Ingredients included pork belly and salted egg yolk.
We also ordered a sweet dim sum which was egg tart. The egg tarts really amazed me when served because they were so giant with some accompanying salad on the plate. They were still warm when served and not overly sweet.
Apart from dim sum, we also ordered two snacks to share.
You really couldn't associate the name of this snack with the actual ingredients. There were 6 big deep-fried wonton which were really crispy with a big bowl of sweet and sour sauce including fresh ingredients like prawn, squid, lots of beef slices, char siu, tomatoes, onions and sweet peppers. We were advised to add some sweet and sour sauce to the wonton before eating. The sweet and sour sauce was really appetising. The prawn was meaty while the beef slices were so crispy with appropriate amount of fat! Portion was again giant!

Another snack we ordered was 鮑魚汁炆鳳爪. They were served in a big pot to keep warm! Good! There were 7 big chicken feet which were all well seasoned! Rich in collagen! There were also a lot of big peanuts soaked in the sauce and the sauce was really so tasty that I wish I had some rice/noodles to mix with the sauce.
Black sesame sweet soup
Black sesame sweet soup was not on the menu and it was complimentary! So nice of them! Good to have something sweet and moist to end the big feast!
Overall, it was quite a nice lunch and portion was giant that we were both so full after our meal. Yet the per-head cost was not expensive at all. Quite a good deal at such a nice location and environment. Service was very efficient that we could leave in around 40-45min so it was great for business lunch too.
