To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 之後係燒香咗銀鱈魚,油份重,配上柚子胡椒,令佢食落有啲柚子香,最後仲有少少辣味。金目鯛非常驚喜,配上俄羅斯藍寶石魚子醬,味道上又唔會喧賓奪主。赤貝新鮮,趁佢未拿埋一舊嘅時候放入口,爽。鱆紅魚腩油份香,燒香咗嚟食都非常美味。

爆滿嘅海膽杯,仲可以一嚐特別競標嘅白海膽,超香濃,一啲苦味都冇,新鮮,滑身。

仲有幾種魚(白身魚魚頭魚骨)煮成嘅魚湯,奶白湯身,魚味香郁。右口魚油份都非常重,配上少許飯做成手捲,非常香口。最後一道日本蜜瓜,係依個晚餐完美又甜蜜嘅味道。
