呢間係由黃長興開嘅法國餐廳,聽個名都覺得高級,想去好耐,適逢有個好耐無見嘅朋友喺英國返嚟,所以我終於搵到個藉口嚟呢到食嘢😆嚟到嘅時候,見到有French May Menu,就直接叫咗兩份,留返啲時間嚟吹水敘舊仲好😘餐廳送咗個小食畀我哋,超可愛,上層係三文魚,下層係macaron,三文魚少少咸,配搭去甜滋滋嘅macaron到,估唔到又幾夾!一啖過食哂好爽,不過唔知有無得散叫㗎呢?法式鴨肉慕絲脆薯餅 一上枱已經聞到好香,係酥脆外皮嘅香味,雖然佢叫脆薯餅,但實際上似係上個酥多啲,即叫即整,新鮮熱辣夠酥脆。入面鴨肉份量適中,慕絲得嚟又保留到一絲絲鴨肉嘅texture,呢個我超like👍🏻露筍忌廉湯 賣相好得意,露筍、蕃茄、牛油果好似上咗架船咁😂 新鮮爽口嘅食材,配上creamy忌廉湯,一剛一柔,好有心思。威靈頓豬柳配青醬 威靈頓牛、羊我我都食過,豬真係第一次~呢到嘅豬呈粉紅色,嚇死我朋友,之後店員解釋因為豬柳係慢煮而成,所以顏色仲係粉粉嫩嫩😆 呢個main解釋到咩叫皮薄餡靚,豬柳超酥口,又啖啖肉,不過食得多都幾「漏」,我係食唔哂嘅🥺紅酒浸梨 呢個甜品配嘅唔係烚蛋,係雪糕嚟㗎🤣 梨肉充斥住香濃紅
