To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

在旺角打完拳就約朋友在那區揾好西食。 好耐冇落女人街（西洋菜街），諗住去行下，順便在那裏食Lunch。 女人街都變左好多，之前嗰啲街檔好多都無開，但發現在旁邊就開了很多本土的小店，有好多餐廳！我哋行過見到漢堡包張poster，見到流哂口水，食欲大增，二話不說就入左去。 小店裝修簡潔，乾乾淨淨。 坐低睇餐牌， 發現他們不只是買漢堡包還有炸雞,意粉 ,烏冬和飯，各式各樣，有很多選擇！價錢也很實惠！👍👍👍我們order 了，煎帶子意粉和竹炭雙層牛肉漢堡包，加兩杯特飲。煎帶子意粉： 帶子好新鮮，而且煎得剛剛好，不會太熟，很鮮味！意粉韌度剛剛好，不會太淋身，汁是菇菌+忌廉，忌廉味濃，岩我胃口，好食！👍😋竹炭雙層牛肉漢堡： 餡料豐富，有雞蛋,煙肉,蕃茄,生菜,芝士還有兩塊厚厚的漢堡牛扒。 漢堡扒是餐廳自家制，好夠味，好juicy。 包是竹炭包，焗到包面脆卜卜，再加上所有餡料，口感特別豐富！ 配上薯條，分量足夠大，男仕也可以夠食！😋😋因為是套餐，所以兩杯特飲是包在餐內……我們order了 荔枝梳打和巨峰提子梳打，還有椰果，爆珠和蘆薈配料供選擇！👍👍👍
