我身邊有不止一個朋友好愛打邊爐,一年四季都要打,今晚又來捨身陪君子,試下呢間火鍋潮店!呢間火鍋店位置酒店二樓,成個裝修格局都走型格路線,坐得舒服,服務到位,非一般火鍋店可比!食材方面也非平庸之輩,湯底是「姬松茸沉香養生湯鍋」($398),用上沉香木、沉香粉、沉香茶包、淮山、杞子、圓肉, 瑤柱、姬松茸和竹絲雞,燉足5-6小時,所以香氣四溢,帶著淡淡的木味,急不及待要嘆番兩碗先!非常好味!隻雞燉完肉質都唔錯,食埋覺得仲補,真係好養生!打邊爐之前先整兩隻本人十分喜愛的象拔蚌刺生($336),冰鎮刺身又爽脆又鮮甜,極之可口!叫左「百花海參雲腿釀蟹鉗」($108),個樣好似無著衫的蟹鉗!哈哈!真係未試過打邊爐食呢個,蟹膠好有彈性,還帶點海參和雲腿的味,令味道層次提升!新嘗試不錯不錯!還有個「蟹籽海皇餃」($98),金元寶的外表貴氣十足,裡面包着魚肉和蟹籽,都好食!特別的食物還有「匈牙利綿羊豬肩胛肉」($298),來自匈牙利的綿羊豬??究竟係綿羊定係豬?哈哈哈!既然店員極力推薦就試下啦!一片片卷起,睇到脂肪分佈都好靚,估唔到又真係幾好食,幾嫩滑又juicy.另外都叫左「本地新鮮牛頸脊」($318)

我們還叫了「鮮黑松露豬肉丸」($68)、「四合丸」($98 )、「凍豆腐」($38 )、「冬瓜件」($58)等,全部都上乘品質,其中「四合丸」是以蝦滑、墨魚滑、露筍和金華火腿混合而成,彈牙之餘還有豐富的味道層次,好味!

除了食物新鮮美味,每枱還有12款配料及醬料任君選擇,可以配合每款食物而點醬,又唔洗行來行去,方便喲!不過酌量收取幾十元醬料費啦!
