The spinach is cold and refreshing. You will be involved in crushing the sesame, which gives us a sense of satisfaction.

清酒煮海蜆 (Stewed Clam with Sake) $68
清酒嘅味道略嫌較淡,而蜆嘅質感亦唔算新鮮,算整餐較為失望嘅菜式。
The flavour of sake is a bit mild, and the texture of the clams is not as fresh as expected. Overall, this is a disappointing dish for the whole meal.
