高質燒臘小店 ...點了一個雙拼飯,“义燒切雞髀”。雞髀固然軟滑,下面還有沙薑雞汁,加點蔥油,真的很香;叉燒點了半肥瘦,還有兩塊帶燶邊,加上义燒上的一點蜜糖,收畫龍點睛之效;而靈魂是那碗白飯,熱、乾身、香軟。這套餐配一個例湯,“赤小豆眉豆煲雞骨”,一般燒臘檔「標配」,雖有點點漂浮的肥肉,不過沒什麼髒物,也吃不出味精,吃到最後還熱辣辣,不錯。加了10塊變雞髀,$71,有湯有菜,“燒鵝味道,蔗渣價錢”。
