To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 高質上環特色小店👍今日路過上環,見到呢間小店個名幾特別,所以就去咗食個下午茶☕️ 原來佢係一間冰室,不過特別之處就係佢會用日本嘅蛋 🥚 🇯🇵 試咗佢嘅「鮮忌廉豬骨湯鮑魚火腿絲通粉🍲」配4.3牛奶炒日本滑蛋 🍳 同埋鮮牛油多士🥯 首先要讚下佢嘅忌廉豬骨湯底,好香口,同平時冰室嗰啲係唔同啲嘅😌 另外日本炒滑蛋當然冇得頂啦🥰🥰 佢用咗4.3牛奶整,又香又滑🤩 超好食🤭另一個推介嘅就係佢嘅自家製蟹子醬多士🥪 - 「叉燒·雞蛋·蟹子醬·生菜」😋😋 睇吓佢入邊啲餡幾豐富!另外都有烘底,自家蟹子漿整得好出色,好好食👍 最後一定要試吓佢嘅絲襪奶茶🧋 整得非常之香滑,好有港式茶餐廳嘅特色🤗
