上水比較少去,但都有不少美食,今次嚟到上水匯一間中式茶記,名字感受到高尚之餘,原來餐廳師傅來頭不少,他喺日本東京富麗華工作多年,專為高管達人和明星服務,之後回港喺多間米芝蓮酒店同大型連鎖酒樓集團做主管,經驗非常豐富,餐廳是他自家品牌,對食物質素有高要求,所有點心都係手作並且現場即點即做。◇ 香芒大蝦球炸皮夠薄又唔油膩,香芒汁清甜香口,陣陣芒果味好開胃,蝦肉爽甜啖啖肉,少量新鮮生菜沾上香芒汁一齊食◇ 椒鹽豬扒配炒飯豬扒椒香美味,三塊份量剛好,炒飯香口粒粒分明◇ 豉汁欖角蟮片飯豉汁加蟮片係絕配,蟮片肉質爽口,飯底放在荷葉上夠熱,加上蒽花更香口◇ 脆皮魚柳菠蘿包菠蘿包包底香脆,包面亦脆卜卜,塊炸魚柳皮薄肉厚,加上蕃茄片同少量生菜,經典茶餐廳美食◇ 淮杞圓肉響螺燉赤肉湯◇ 川芎白芷天麻燉斑骨湯餐廳提供多款燉湯,全部都好吸引,今次叫咗兩款,都係真實用料冇欺場,小編就好想逐款試哂去
