朋友最近升咗職,話請食飯,當然要揀間靚餐廳啦🤣見依間餐廳都多人推介,就book咗依間試試。入到黎餐廳好有簡約日本居酒屋feel,好適合同朋友靚靜地傾偈、食飯嘅地方。前菜方面,我哋嗌左一個燒鱈魚乾。個鱈魚乾真係好出色,燒到又香又脆,又冇腥味,用嚟送酒真係一流👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻我哋仲嗌左一個苦瓜刺身沙律做前菜。苦瓜唔算好苦,味道甘甘地、清新,本身我唔係鍾意食苦瓜嘅我,都接受到。加上知道要食串揚,食定苦瓜清熱氣就啱啱好🤣五點刺身拼盤五款刺身都係我嘅最愛❤️ 刺身都好新鮮,食落去好鮮甜。帶子、三文魚好肥美,蝦有好多膏🤤松葉蟹腳肉質嫩滑彈牙。開始食今日嘅主角:串揚!咁啱我哋坐喺bar 檯附近,見到佢哋啲串揚都係即叫即整,唔會預先整定放係度。所以啲串揚一送到埋黎,都係好熱好脆。日本鱔魚(左上):燒到好香,外脆內嫩滑,無魚骨。鯡魚子昆布(左下):冇腥味,食落口感好飽滿,昆布味淡。蘆筍(右下):好脆,好清甜,食返啲蔬菜好似健康啲😂炸雞翼:外皮炸得好香脆,夾埋外面啲白芝麻,食落去更加香口。裏面啲雞肉仍然嫩滑,唔會好乾,調味啱啱好。蝦肉釀苦瓜(左):又係為咗清熱,又叫咗苦瓜黎食🙈 不過釀咗蝦肉落去,食落去冇咁齋。

蝦肉釀苦瓜(左):又係為咗清熱,又叫咗苦瓜黎食🙈 不過釀咗蝦肉落去,食落去冇咁齋。
冬菇(中):燒到好香,菇味好出。
芝士安格斯牛柳(右):依個又係我嘅至愛之一。牛柳好Juicy, 啲汁一路食一路流出黎🤤 加上外面一層芝士,更加滋味!
