Lab Eat之前跟朋友一起食過晚飯,食物高質,其中牛扒是明火燒煮,所以比一般煎牛扒多了點燒烤味,今晚再來一嚐。白酒煮蜆:蜆肉新鮮無沙,有香濃的白酒味道,加上洋葱及蒜片的香味滲入在白酒汁內,為蜆肉提升鮮甜味。燒肉眼扒:肉眼扒燒至表面焦香,約七成熟,中間呈粉紅色,肉質嫩腍而且有肉汁,肉味濃郁,旁邊有些炸薯格,脆而不油膩,加上一些沙律菜,中和整體油膩感。Double or nothing:蜜瓜味香濃而且清新,加上淡淡的椰子香味,另外還有些酒香,整體帶甜且感覺清新。心太軟:外脆內軟,一切開朱古力流出,朱古力味帶點苦,甜度適中,配上雲尼拿雪糕,整體甜而不膩。總結:質素依舊維持高質水平,飲品有驚喜,絕對可以一試再試。
