To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早排同媽媽喺隔離餐廳食晚飯,媽媽話下次試吓金記冰室,咁就帶媽媽去試吓。未入店內職員見到我哋時都已經行定出門口招呼,而家已經好少冰室會有呢一種服務了,加上疫情關係,入店前都要嘟安心出行或者登記,職員都有清晰指示,唔錯唔錯。其實呢間店都係我第一次嚟,店舖裝修好似幾廿年前嘅戲院咁,幾特別。晚餐得我同媽媽兩個人,所以點咗個二人餐有兩餸兩飯兩湯兩飲品,餸菜揀咗霸王雞同菠蘿咕嚕肉,碟咕嚕肉真係好味,排骨即炸好香脆,估唔到菠蘿仲要係用新鮮而唔係罐頭,食到真係想再叫多碟;而霸王雞嘅肉質超嫩滑,好香蔥油味,可惜個胃唔夠大,否則呢個真係送飯一流!咁多嘢食都只係$168。
