To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前經過呢間Mamma Mia幾次都無食到，今次終於得償所願可以試到個千層麵👧🏻✌🏻店鋪的面積不大，一進門已經見到曬，大約有四、五張二人枱同個開放式廚房這反而令到廚房的香氣更易傳到我地嘅嗅覺中，好期待～.千層麵上面經過烤焗的水牛芝士食落煙煙韌韌外層的微焦更增口感的豐富再配埋以蕃茄薯蓉做的底汁，兩者十分搭配😋而上面夾住肉醬的千層麵亦焗到恰到好處，麵條不會好乾身肉醬的味道也不會蓋過芝士蕃茄的原味道每樣食材都互相發揮作用，一個字形容「正呀」🥳.蜆肉意粉係即叫即炒，一送上黎個時已經聞到好大陣蒜味食落蒜味略為重口味，但正正岩曬我地呢D「蒜魔」🤣意粉炒到軟硬適中，而且唔會好乾身每啖都好似被蒜粒同蜆肉包圍住咁🥰
