喺北京食完北京烤鴨返到嚟香港依然對北京烤鴨念念不忘,經朋友介紹,佢話喺太古坊栢克大廈入面有一間叫做鴨大哥嘅餐廳嘅北京烤鴨非常出色,今日一於嚟試吓😋🦆原隻北京烤鴨 $590 原隻北京填鴨嘅份量好多,肉同皮嘅比例適中,鴨肉嘅肉質鮮嫩,鴨皮脆薄,嬤嬤皮有熱水蒸住,好薄之餘仲熱辣辣,口感好好,夾埋大蔥同埋青瓜一齊食,超級好食🐖雲南黑土豬叉燒 $228 係我食過最好味嘅叉燒,肉質極軟腍,而且因為係黑土豬,所以冇脂肪同埋一啲都唔油膩,少少嘅燶邊令叉燒口感更豐富,更惹味🦐麥香黃金蝦 $208 蝦肉爽口彈牙多汁,面頭嘅咸蛋黃炸到好香口,好惹味,而且仲帶有少少嘅麥香味,係一道味道好有層次感嘅菜,伴碟嘅麥皮都被鹹蛋黃包住,都好好食🐠桂花雪梨脆鱔球 $280 非常精緻嘅一道菜,未食淨係睇個擺盤都好適合打卡,鱔球好有鮮味,新鮮即炸好惹味,而且調味亦都好出色,酸酸甜甜嘅味道令人好開胃,食嘅時候可以配搭埋雪梨一齊食,有淡淡嘅桂花香味,味道好清新好夾🐃咖喱脆皮牛腩 $198 餐廳將牛腩沾上薄薄嘅粉漿炸起,令到牛腩皮脆肉嫩,然後再配搭埋咖喱汁,粉漿吸收晒濃濃嘅咖喱汁,令到牛腩嘅風味昇華唔少,係一個好適合配白飯嘅菜📍鰂
