To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有一日塔塔只去完油街做文青，搵吓附近有乜嘢好食啦！下彈吓就見到一間門面好吸引寫住食神叉燒嘅舖頭，一於入去試上佢嘅小菜二人餐第一碟係叉燒豉油雞雙拼，個叉燒色烤焗到剛剛好，肉質緊實，入口即化。豉油雞望落同平時嘅油雞唔同，開頭仲問店員係咪比錯咗切雞我果然豉油味唔係好突出，反而咁樣會食到雞嘅鮮味。令人唔停嘴，配瀨粉一流。第二碟係豆腐火腩煲，火腩肉質地好腍身，配埋啲豆腐一齊煲，煲仔好有鑊氣，熱辣辣好開胃。啲火腩同豆腐都吸收咗啲湯汁，令湯汁更加濃郁好味。食埋啲白飯，真係一流嘅享受。總括而言，呢兩款菜式都好正，值得一試。叉燒豉油雞雙拼嘅兩款肉都好香濃，白飯殺手是也，令人回味無窮。總括來講，份量唔算好多，不過兩個人來講都算夠食，而且環境氣氛幾好，係一間幾特別嘅餐廳！叉燒絕對值得一試
