自從上個月去完台灣之後,對台灣菜念念不忘,今日就去了公司附近的台灣餐廳食午餐。午餐時間大排長龍,不過等了一陣就有位,餐廳有套餐、小食及台式飲料供應。梅釀烏龍茶烏龍茶味比較濃郁,帶點茶澀香味,而梅汁皂山甜品突出,正好中和了茶澀味,生津止渴。干貝蒽油拌麵以鐵觀音做的麵,麵質爽口,伴入干貝及葱油,還有些辣椒,整體比較油膩但惹味,旁邊還有些酸菜減輕油膩感。茶葉蛋有淡淡的茶香味道及滷水的香料,雞蛋煮到剛熟,蛋白還很滑。
