To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前食完茶木一直念念不忘，終於有機會再去，今次試左佢其他款式都係咁高質茶香三文魚湯漬飯首先試左signature三文魚湯漬飯，三文魚好大塊，表面煎到金黃色一啲都唔腥，將茶倒入飯再mix埋木魚、蝦乾等配料，食落微鹹好有茶香，同時令三文魚味更出，而且茶有助消滯👍🏻👍🏻羅氏蝦龍蝦汁手作麵另一款主食試左龍蝦汁手作麵，龍蝦味超濃郁！每一條麵都沾滿龍蝦汁但又唔會覺得好heavy，而手作麵食落比一般意粉有口感，偏向彈牙唔會好淋，面頭有一大舊龍蝦肉，呢樣就比較少其他調味所以食到龍蝦本身嘅鮮味～台式滷味拼盤呢款滷味拼盤勝價比都幾高，份量同配料款式好多，有牛肚、雞翼、牛𦟌、溏心蛋同豆腐等，全部都滷到入曬味，esp雞翼同牛𦟌，啲肉又唔會太鞋，最後滷水汁撈飯食簡直係perfect 原個金鑽鳳梨愛玉冰甜品試左seasonal promotion嘅鳳梨愛玉冰，真係原個上，三至四人share都可🤣成個冰分左幾個layer，最頂係菠蘿味嘅cream，估唔到菠蘿同牛奶味同時咁出，好smooth，下面係沙冰，然後到愛玊同新鮮菠蘿，overall 食落好fresh食得出唔係好假嘅糖水味，而且咁多層口感好豐富，呢款impre
