台灣出名既打邊爐無老鍋係香港開左分店了,梗係要去試吓同台灣有咩分別喇。店舖唔算好大,但座位都夠闊,有紙巾提供。而店員都好有禮貌及貼心,會主動問需唔需要添加鴨血及麵包豆腐👍👍我地揀左鴛鴦鍋:冰淇淋豆腐鍋+無老辣香鍋,香港既無老鍋同台灣既鍋底一樣,是以人頭收費。因此第一次食既要了解清楚。我地叫左:爽脆鵝腸、桂花蚌、一品蟹滑膏。鵝腸啲油脂去得好干淨,食到鵝腸既爽脆感、份量都多。桂花蚌每條都有半個手掌咁長,而且亦都好爽脆,不過份量就少啲。一品蟹滑膏依個就爭啲,可能煮得太耐,而失去左鮮味。最後佢地會有水蜜桃沙冰,酸酸甜甜、冰涼既味道,解辣又解膩👍
