帶住條魚🐠搵食之尖沙咀The one 名貴中菜阿翁鮑魚連續13年獲得米芝蓮一星餐廳《富豪酒家》商務套餐$780有>例湯>4款小菜>糖水先黎個〈荷芹炒臘味〉,啲荷蘭豆保持咗豆嘅脆嫩口感,清甜爽口,荷芹炒臘味嘅醬汁用得啱啱好,唔會太鹹太油,令臘味嘅鹹香同荷蘭豆嘅清新都能夠充分發揮。之後有〈花生炆豬手〉,啲花生炆得入味,真係食唔停口,而啲豬手冇腥味肉質鮮嫩,完全無啲起筋嘅膠感,入口即化,炆豬手嘅醬汁濃郁,入邊香料嘅香氣混合炆煮出嚟,令啲豬手都充分吸收咗啲味道。〈大芥菜豬骨煲〉啲豬骨煮得入味濃郁,充滿豬骨本身嘅鮮甜,每一啖都帶有濃郁嘅肉香。湯底裡嘅大芥菜為整個湯品增添清新口感,令湯味道更加豐富,呈現出一種濃郁而不油膩嘅滋味。最後有〈富豪炸子雞〉,啲雞皮炸得金黃酥脆,一啖落去即時爆汁,每一啖都充滿著雞肉的鮮嫩,炸子雞嘅調味恰到好處,雞肉的大小都啱啱好,入口方便,不會太大舊。
