最近迷上炸饅頭,嚟到見到又要叫,煉奶食得出唔係鷹嘜,失色,饅頭唔黏牙,唔會太甜或者太油,合格。

豬油渣炒時菜係我幾期待既一道菜,因為宜家唔係度度都夠膽用豬油渣炒菜,d豬油如果唔靚或者擺太耐會有油up味,炸得唔靚食落就會好油好膩,但其實豬油係川菜靈魂。依碟菜用既豬油無炸到好透,特登留到塊脂肪爽脆既口感,塊脂肪好靚,好新鮮,但我寧願佢用炸透既豬油渣,當然成本會高d,但炸透既豬油渣先夠香味,食完返唔到轉頭~

到我最期待既毛血旺,新鮮或者無溝水既豬紅/雞紅切片煮完應該見到一個個氣泡窿,口感帶爽脆,我係香港未食到過,依間都係,口感偏硬,但大腸,毛肚,豬肚都唔騷唔臭,洗得好乾淨,份量都夠,但始終覺得要辣d先好食(超矛盾)

鋪頭環境夠大,坐得算舒服,抽風好好唔會成間舖既味道混合埋一齊,但如果有個位擺袋就更好。同埋川菜餐廳,廁所好緊要!希望可以加強廁所設施同清潔~
