今日特登黎到中環,就係為左食呢間高質壽喜燒,一黎到門面已經好有日本味道,好似去左日本旅行咁吖。入到餐廳入面,其實枱就唔多,如果想坐Bar枱嘅朋友,一定要打黎預定呀,假日係難Book。而今日我地就食左個Lunch Set,擇左一豬一牛,就算唔食牛嘅朋友都可以黎食。前菜黎左一小客蘿白蔬菜漬物,十分清新開胃。之後就係松葉蟹茶碗蒸,蛋面上有一啲海藻,蟹肉都非常足夠,每一枱壽喜燒都會有一名師傅負責,而肉方面,牛會有三款不同部位,每個部位各兩塊,分別係肉眼 西冷 牛扁肉 ,豬就有肉眼 同西冷 。 師傅亦都介紹肉嘅部位,產地(今次係A4近江牛/北海道豬)等。而佢亦都會順住肉嘅濃道,去烹調,而套餐都有日本蛋比你沾肉食,有白飯免費提供(最後仲有個飯)每塊牛肉都真係入口即溶,加埋師傅手勢,真係無可挑剔,蔬菜方便特別嘅係佢會有蒟蒻,同埋蒟蒻麵,食返啲菜就自然冇咁漏啦最後會用埋剩低嘅壽喜燒汁,加蛋漿、蔥花、肉碎,煎一個壽喜燒滑蛋飯,超好食呀甜品方面就簡簡單單用一個雪糕做結尾
