餐廳有兩層,下層主要係吧檯,上層比較多座位,菜式選擇亦幾多,值得一讚係本menu幾精緻。😊廣島蠔春卷 $108呢個係餐廳新品,一客有3條,春卷炸得好脆身,入面係原隻廣島蠔,好juicy,同時加咗紫蘇葉令味道多個層次,配搭柚子醋好清新。鮟鱇魚肝 $98冬天食魚肝最肥美,魚肝整成碎碎,加入三文魚籽令口感更豐富。極上鹽燒牛舌芯 $128牛舌粒好厚身,而且燒得剛剛好,軟腍得嚟有啲咬口,個人幾喜歡配搭柚子胡椒及蔥花一齊食。😊日式雞鎚花蝦 $118雞鎚外層用櫻花蝦包住再炸,非常香口,入面仲釀咗墨魚滑,口感彈牙,呢個大推!👍🤤鮮蟹肉粥 $168蟹肉粥份量幾多,粥底幾綿,聞落好香柴魚湯味,另外有滿滿蟹肉絲同菇,好足料呀!整體餐廳食物質素幾好,仲有好多菜式都好吸引,遲啲再番嚟食過!😉
