等朋友喺中環放工,朋友介紹話呢間居酒屋d野食好唔錯,於是今晚決定去呢間日本居酒屋食dinner。一入到去日本老板好熱情,介紹特色野食比我地,我地就叫咗幾招牌菜。先黎一個開胃菜先,野菜燉牛舌,燉得好淋好入味。燒虎蝦, 蒜蓉汁同呢間店嘅特制汁,蝦殼燒到脆卜卜,好香蝦味,個汁同蝦都非常夾。鰹魚他他,係用大蔥,明河,味噌,醬油一齊撈埋食,好fresh,好青新。燒日本播磨白珠牡蠣,師傅用話清酒同自家制浜燒汁一齊燒,隻蠔非常肥美,好鮮甜,配埋個汁都好惹味。稻草熏烤鰹魚,師傅係用日本稻草燒再煙熏一下,老板話同埋大蒜絲夾埋燒堅魚一齊食,點埋佢地嘅秘制醬汁,鰹魚外面熏得好香,鰹魚非常新鮮,都係第1次食,非常唔錯。去居酒屋唔少得叫d酒飲吓,我比較鍾意飲甜d嘅酒,就叫咗白桃濁酒,好香白桃味,酒精濃度唔算太高,好啱女仔飲。
