To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近約左朋友黎到土瓜灣見面，我地揀左間川菜食！先點左泡椒雞腳，豐滿潔白，咀嚼時骨肉生香，清脆爽口，酸酸辣辣非常開胃。上湯白菜餃，白菜餃肉餡湯汁夠，熱辣辣奉上，食落不錯！香辣田雞，田雞既肉非常嫩滑，炒得又香又辣，好食到連骨頭都想吞下，好惹味！仲有個藥膳醉雞煲，整隻雞浸在藥材湯中慢慢浸熟，雞肉嫩滑，充滿花雕既酒香；食完個身都變得暖，唔係講笑~OVERALL 當晚邊食邊傾，又坐得舒服！價錢又合理，有機會會再黎！
