To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

間唔中都會開車去錦田天空之城食野,之前都知新開左間越南餐廳,但一直未去試,咁岩新年有朋友入黎搵我,咁就帶佢地去一齊試下。餐廳位置唔多位,大概8-10張檯,所以都要等一陣先有位。睇睇餐牌,好似泰國菜多過越南菜,但價錢好抵食,而且份量都多,我地點左鹽燒盲曹、泰式鳳爪、炸蝦餅、馬拉盞炒椰菜苗、秘製冬蔭功海鮮湯、海鮮炒粉絲,仲要每人一個椰青,都5百幾蚊咋。成晚最驚艷係條鹽燒盲曹,肉質勁滑勁鮮甜,而且燒烤火喉岩岩好,條魚仲要勁大條,好味到將成條魚迅間清晒。其他菜式水準都OK,都好好味,四人都係食左5百幾蚊,真係好抵好滿足!
