生日嘅時候朋友好好,book左間食pasta嘅餐廳慶生。呢間dough kitchen 坐落於大坑呢個較為隱世嘅美食區,所以未去已經抱有期望~餐廳舖位較細,配上柔和嘅燈光,有種温馨小館嘅感覺我地叫左三份pasta, 分別係signature海膽意粉、special menu嘅避風塘魷魚意粉同埋青檸蟹肉意粉先講意粉本身,佢每款都係自家手打意粉,比扁意粉厚身,食落更al dente~亦都因為佢係新鮮意粉果類,煮起上黎更加索汁同掛汁。而每款意粉除左配料上有分別之外,意粉本身都做返唔同嘅配搭,食起上嚟唔會覺得淨食pasta好悶咁海膽意粉 4/5係我地黎之前已經想食,佢食落好creamy,有海膽味但唔會腥,加上意粉本身口感好好,讚!不過淨係食呢個應該會少少膩同單調避風塘魷魚意粉 4/5估唔到港意fusion都幾好,好香口,同埋口感上幾有層次,有魷魚(定墨魚?)嘅彈牙,露荀嘅爽、避風塘嘅脆,仲有意粉嘅煙韌,彼此配搭得幾好。唯一係食耐左會覺得少少過咸同多油,不過避風塘本身就係咁嘅味青檸蟹肉意粉 5/5本人最喜愛呢道!個青檸醬汁好清新,帶少許東南亞風味,而且好多蟹肉,啖啖滿足,佢亦都解到前兩款嘅油膩感

青檸蟹肉意粉 5/5
本人最喜愛呢道!個青檸醬汁好清新,帶少許東南亞風味,而且好多蟹肉,啖啖滿足,佢亦都解到前兩款嘅油膩感,我覺得黎呢度食可以叫埋呢道,會令成個dinning experience 會冇咁heavy~
甜品叫左tiramisu, 都好好食
唯一美中不足係冇水飲,焗住要飲茶,不過都唔太影響我對呢間餐廳嘅整體觀感~
