慶祝生日🎂當然要食好西🤘🏽黎到大名鼎鼎的板神(灣仔分店),店鋪位於三十樓樓層,出名有靚景睇,但唯面向樓沒有海景😍不過醉翁之意不在酒,今次黎欣賞師傅鐵板燒功架同食材。論店員服務態度真係好有誠意,從點餐問有沒食物敏感,以至問有沒咩吾食,甚至幾乎每飲一啖茶都refill 一次既程度抵比服務費🤣見到做緊「感謝祭」鐵板套餐都係平均六百蚊一人見幾抵食就叫呢個,仲可以簡豚肉或者和牛。前菜新鮮沙律菜配粟米粒蕃茄仔,點少得卜卜脆的蟹籽。無輸既組合。刺身三款,螢光魷魚帶點腥味,深海池魚同吞拿魚好肥美新鮮吾錯。南非鮑魚:用牛油鐵板上煎香,適量胡椒鹽調味有提鮮作用,肉質好鮮嫩Q彈,帶點牛油香,不需廢力去咬,雖然細細仔,但都切開三件,中間部分肉質較厚。虎蝦:本身食材新鮮,點煮都好食,就算大蝦原隻無經醃製都好彈牙,輕輕用蝦肉蘸上蝦膏,香濃且鮮,蝦頭煎至脆身,差點連殼都想食埋🥰和牛:要求五成熟, 保持肉汁同粉嫩,師傅用上面包作碟吸收多餘油份,食落牛味重配上香蔥大蒜🧄更重口味,牛肉油脂分泌平均,生部份肉更透光。味增湯就普普通通,但都有加豆腐粒同海帶。食左個漬物牛蒡間場清口腔。最後是一個豚肉炒飯,略嫌調味吾夠,飯粒做到
