We ordered 香港限定芭菲&林屋抹茶芭菲, which were no longer our first attempts. Our first attempt was around 2 years ago while second attempt was about 8 months ago. I recall that we ordered exactly the same 2 parfaits for our previous attemptThe 2 parfaits arrived pretty soon after ordering as there weren't any other guests!香港限定芭菲From top to bottom: Matcha soft cream -> ~3丸子&matcha蕨餅-> crispy rice -> Matcha soft cream -> red bean paste -> cream -> jelly -> strawberries -> cr

香港限定芭菲
From top to bottom:
Matcha soft cream -> ~3丸子&matcha蕨餅-> crispy rice -> Matcha soft cream -> red bean paste -> cream -> jelly -> strawberries -> cream -> 丸子
The matcha soft cream was very thick! I think it was pretty hard for soft cream like this. So inevitably it was less smooth than many other soft cream out there. Of course it was rich in matcha flavour too.
The 丸子 were not so ok. One was of quite poor quality, that is, it was too hard and powdery...
Matcha蕨餅were the best of all those I had tried, even better than those at 中村藤吉&Tsujiri. They were super super smooth and just slid down your throat!
There was nothing special with the crispy rice.
There was loads of matcha soft cream in this parfait!
The red bean paste was good but seems like those at 中村藤吉&Tsujiri were better as they were slightly sweeter.
The cream sucked. Preferred having none of it at all.
The jelly was ok.
The strawberries were ok.
I remembered there was some cake in the middle for our first attempt, which made it taste even better. I asked the staff and they said they no longer added cake to the parfait anymore

Actually I think this one tasted more or less like the 香港限定芭菲.
From top to bottom:
Matcha ice cream & cream -> 丸子&matcha蕨餅-> red bean paste -> Matcha soft cream -> cream -> pineapple -> matcha蕨餅
The matcha ice-cream tasted more or less like that matcha soft cream, just slightly harder. Again the cream had better just be skipped. The HK limited edition should be better due to more ingredients like crispy rice and less cream (my personal preference).
