今日早上醒來已經掛咗8號風球,直至下午才改掛3號,立刻入將軍澳探下婆婆,我帶咗佢落東港城海街丼食晚餐,餐廳主打日本菜,裝修是走居酒屋的風格。刺身兩點新鮮肥美,油甘魚每口都充斥魚油香氣,具獨特清爽口感,味道甘甜鮮美,魚肉細緻幼滑!帆立貝肉身肥厚,味道鮮爽帶甜。炸油甘魚粒,炸過後油脂更豐富,油而不膩,口感甚佳! 肉質鮮嫩,味道十分具層次性。 京蔥味噌燒雞丼,燒雞肉質鮮嫩,配鹹鹹甜甜的味噌醬汁超級下飯,溫泉蛋的蛋黃是剛剛凝固,而蛋白就像豆花般嫩滑,把雞蛋伴入飯中增加了香滑口感。味噌湯帶有甜味,木魚茄子茄子綿軟細滑,上面還有木魚花,令原本味道平淡嘅茄子更添惹味。
