約咗朋友喺尖沙咀食飯,佢知道我鍾意食日本料理,包括爐端燒 Robatayaki 炉端焼き,咁就帶咗我嚟呢間餐廳,話想同我一齊試吓😆我哋叫咗好多嘢食,而呢間爐端燒餐廳有好多款Appetizer選擇,我哋竟然一共要咗九款😆Appetizer:南瓜紅豆煮、築前煮、茄子揚煮、長芋魚肉沙律、博多海帶蒟蒻條、宮崎菠菜與茸御浸、宮崎白蘿蔔乾、和牛肉牛蒡、雞軟骨南蠻漬:基本上全部都好食😋,其中特別美味嘅有:「茄子揚煮」嘅茄子輕輕用醬油煮過,超新鮮美味😋;「和牛肉牛蒡」一齊煮,味道出奇地夾😋;「雞軟骨南蠻漬」係真正嘅雞軟骨,應該係雞胸末端嗰條小軟骨,係一條條嘅(並唔係一般見到一粒粒嗰啲😆),呢個真係超正,未試過嘅一定要試吓,有小驚喜😋海鮮與料理:- 生蠔:超新鮮味美,來自北九州,充滿umami,爽口😋- 燒牡蠣:好食, juicy😋- 燒琵琶蝦:來自印尼,蝦肉結實鮮甜😋- 博多風雞頸伴蛋黃柚子醋:雞頸肉軟熟得來有啲爽脆,配蛋黃柚子醋食好開胃😋- 滑金菇燒飯團、芝士燒飯團:飯面燒到微焦脆脆地好香口,裏面米飯好軟熟,充滿米香,好正😋甜品和飲品:- 「星野村布甸」有淡淡的綠茶香味,「天神布甸」有濃郁嘅焦糖味😋
