早前去日本旅行食左吉列牛覺得好好味,所以返到香港後又想再食啦!當日行過旺角,見到呢間石燒牛就入左去試下啦。上網睇返呢間店係最近新開架。店舖都幾寬闊,坐得都幾舒服。枱上面有個牌會教你點樣燒吉列牛,而落單既方式就係掃QR CODE。我同朋友分別叫左御燒特級牛小排同埋御燒極上級黑松露吉列牛,我就另外加左錢升級紫菜味素飯+流心蛋+麵豉湯。 如果唔食牛既話, 仲有吉列豬排同鰻魚可以揀。🟠御燒特級牛小排石燒上面會有舊豬油俾你,用豬油燒可以更多香口。一上到黎見到份量好多,牛小排少筋,所以都幾易咬開,大家可以按鍾意既熟度去燒。🟣御燒極上級黑松露吉列牛牛肉外層炸粉加左黑松露後好香濃,牛肉味嫩口,油脂分怖平均,而牛肉比牛小排厚身,食落去啖啖肉。調味醬料甜甜地,沾上牛肉後更加香口。如果想一解日本吉列牛癮既,可以黎一試!

🟠御燒特級牛小排
石燒上面會有舊豬油俾你,用豬油燒可以更多香口。一上到黎見到份量好多,牛小排少筋,所以都幾易咬開,大家可以按鍾意既熟度去燒。
